• IMPORTANT REMINDER - Note that Oracle Premier Support level services will end on the following dates:
  
  • Sun Ray Software - November 2017
  • Oracle Virtual Desktop Infrastructure - March 2017
  After Oracle Premier Support level services end, only Sustaining Support services will be provided for these products. 
  No Oracle Extended Support services will be available.

• Oracle Virtual Desktop Infrastructure 3.5.2 is now available.
• Sun Ray Hardware Last Order Dates & Extension of Premier Support for Desktop Virtualization Software - IMPORTANT NOTE: Sun Ray Client hardware, Peripheral Kits, and Smart Cards have been discontinued and are no longer available for purchase. Sun Ray Software and Oracle Virtual Desktop Infrastructure software licenses, and Premier Support for hardware and software will continue to be available until 2017. Refer to this document for further details. (Last updated Mar. 25, 2016).

To download and install the Oracle Enterprise Manager for Oracle Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Plug-in, login to Enterprise Manager 12c, and go to Setup -> Extensibility -> Self Update.
